Teacher, Actor, Yoga Instructor, Holistic Acting Coach
Elisabeth Yancey
I’m so excited to be returning to Mind the Gap this summer! After a year and a half on the road with the national tour of Clue, I’m thrilled to be back in NYC bringing my love of storytelling, theater, and mindfulness to the camp community. I’ve led acting and art-based workshops with children across the country and founded the Hanscom Air Force Base Summer Theater Camp. As a Waldorf graduate, my approach is hands-on and nature-based, with a focus on social-emotional learning. I hold an MFA in Acting from the Case Western Reserve University/Cleveland Play House program, a BA from Wellesley College, and a 200-hour yoga certification from All Yoga Bali.

Musical Theater & Performing Artist
Kam Harris
Kameryn Harris is a Nashville native, who has been calling New York home for the past 5 years. She loves all things NYC, as well as sharing that love with others. She has a degree in musical theater, a passion for teaching others to appreciate art in all forms, and a lot of funky dance moves in her back pocket! Kam has spent several summers hanging out with the kids at Mind the Gap camp and is super eager to jump back into it this summer! Her favorite days at MTG have been spent “learning about places and things all over NYC, watching the kids learn new ways to process and react to situations and feelings that arise, dancing around and singing all together, and getting to grow alongside the campers.” She is super excited to spend another fun summer at Mind the Gap, and looks forward to meeting you!

NYU Student & Early Childhood Tutor
Molly Home
Hi! My name is Molly and I’m so excited to be working with Mind the Gap this summer! I am a rising senior at New York University studying event production & psychology, but while I am not studying, I am constantly working with children! I worked in a second-grade classroom last year, and grew up with 5 younger siblings! I have spent summers nannying in the past, and have worked as a tutor for elementary school and middle school kids, as well! I love party-planning, music, travel, spending time with family and friends, board games, and I am always down for spontaneity and a good adventure! I am so excited to be returning to Mind the Gap and cannot wait to meet everybody and explore the city through children’s eyes!
